On October 15, 2004, our friend and neighbor Brian Schramm gave his life defending our country's greatest attribute, freedom. His family, friends and the community in which he lived have promised to never forget his sacrifice. United in our commitment to Brian, we have created the Brian Schramm Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to a college bound student who demonstrates the extraordinary qualities exhibited by Brian.
