Brian Schramm was a life long resident of Greece New York. He graduated from Greece Olympia High School in 2001. Shortly after graduation Brian joined the U.S. Marines fulfilling one of his life's dreams. While on his second tour of duty in Iraq, on October 15, 2004 at the age of 22 years old, he lost his life during an enemy attack.

Brian achieved average grades in school, but he was not an average student. Academics did not come easily for Brian; he worked hard and had to struggle for many of his grades. He refused to fail, quit or drop a single class.

Brian was quite athletic and adventuresome. He played paintball, soccer, and ice hockey. He loved snowboarding and camping; he also surfed, mountain climbed and sky dived.

Brian was a leader with strong values. He believed in honesty, hard work, loyalty and humor. One of his future goals was to have a career in law enforcement. He was a wonderful son and will truly missed by friends and family.
